绩效技术视角下的知识管理的定位及知识驱动绩效研究

摘　　要：知识管理将为绩效技术创造新的发展契机。本文从绩效技术的视角审视知识管理,论述知识管理在绩效技术中的定位和联系,并用绩效技术的观点论述了知识管理中的基本概念和组织中各个层次上的知识,然后用绩效技术价值观分析知识管理的实质,最后在理论基础上,提出了一个能表征知识驱动不同知识层中各个层次上绩效的双层模型。Knowledge management creates new opportunity for human performance technology （HPT）. This paper discusses knowledge management in the perspective of HPT, mainly about its position and interconnection with the others. Furthermore, it takes the view of HPT to discuss the basic concepts of knowledge management and the knowledge in various levels. From the value view of HPT, this paper analyzes the value-added function of KM to the organization. Finally, based on the solid theoretical foundation, the author builds a two-layer model which represents how the knowledge drives the performance dynamically in various levels.
