细胞周期素D1在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的通过观察细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)在正常口腔黏膜、口腔黏膜不典型增生和口腔黏膜鳞癌的不同表达,分析它在口腔黏膜鳞癌及其癌变过程中的表达规律,探讨它的异常表达与口腔黏膜癌变、转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Cyclin D1在17例正常口腔黏膜、6例口腔黏膜不典型增生和52例口腔黏膜鳞癌的不同表达。结果(1)Cyclin D1在正常口腔黏膜、口腔黏膜不典型增生的阳性表达率明显低于在口腔黏膜鳞癌中的阳性表达率;同时,Cyclin D1的阳性表达率随肿瘤的分化程度降低而降低;(2)Cyclin D1与肿瘤的转移密切相关。结论Cyclin D1在口腔黏膜鳞癌的分化和转移过程中起重要作用,与肿瘤的不良分化和转移密切相关,这可为口腔鳞癌患者的预后判断提供有效依据。Objective By observing and analyzing the different expressions of Cyclin D1 at norreal oral mucous,oral atypical hyperplasia and oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC）, to investigate the relationship of its abnormal expressions,cancerate and metastasis. Methods With immunohistochemistry the different expression of Cyclin D1 in 17 cases of normal oral mucous, 6 cases of oral atypical hyperplasia and 52 OSCC was detected. Results （1）There were different expressions at normal oral mucous,oral atypical hyperplasia and OSCC for Cyclin D1. There was lower positive ratio in normal oral mucous, and oral atypical hyperplasia for Cyclin D1 than that in OSCC;The positive expression ratio of Cyclin D1 decreased with the differentiations degree. （2）There were relations with metastasis of carcinoma. Conclusion Cyclin D1 has important effect on metastasis and differentiations of OSCC. There was relationship with metastasis or differentiation of carcinoma for the expressions of Cyclin D1.
