摘　　要：科学发展观作为中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要内容之一,既是我们党执政理念的升华,又是全面推进小康社会和现代化建设的根本指针,还是发展各项社会事业的重要指导思想,当然也是高校思想政治教育工作的科学指南。本文在分析以科学发展观为指导原则和衡量标尺的基础上,具体提出了如何以科学发展观为行动指南,做好高校思想政治教育工作的方法和途径。The scientific development concept is an important part of Chinese characteristic socialism theory system . It is the sublimation of Party ruling idea, and the basic policy and guiding principle for building a well-off society in an all-round way and socialist modernization . It is also the guidance of university ideological and political education work. This article will propose the method and the way to complete and enhance the university ideological and political education work under the guidance of scientific development concept.
