摘  要:硒是人体必需的一种微量元素,与人体的生理功能密切相关,其参与体内多种生物酶合成,对细胞的生长、繁殖和生理功能起着重要作用。研究表明硒对肿瘤、心血管疾病、肝病及病毒性疾病等多种疾病有很好的预防和治疗作用,特别是硒与肿瘤的关系已成为当前研究的热点之一。端粒是真核细胞线形染色体末端的特殊结构,是细胞的"生命时钟"。端粒酶是维持端粒的一种逆转录酶,端粒酶激活可导致细胞无限制的增殖以及肿瘤的发生。胃癌是消化系统最常见的肿瘤之一,端粒酶的活化是胃癌发生中最普遍的事件,研究表明硒能降低端粒酶活性,抑制肿瘤细胞生长。本文就硒、端粒和胃癌的关系进行综述。Selenium is an essential trace element, and has a closely relationship with body physiological functions. It participates in many biological enzyme synthesis, and plays an important function for the cell growth, reproduction and physiological functions. Selenium has import effect of prevention and treatment on cancer, cardiovascular disease, liver disease and viral diseasess, the relationship between selenium and cancer has become a hotspot of selenium study at present. Telomere is the special end of the special linear chromosome in Eukaryotic cell and "life clock" of cells, telomerase activation can lead to unrestricted cell proliferation and tumor occurrence. Gastric cancer is one of the most common tumors in digestive system. Telomerase activation is the most common case in gastric cancer, Selenium can reduce the telomerase activity, inhibit tumor cell growth. The correlation of selenium, telomere and gastric carcinoma was discussed in this paper.
