摘 要:对菜籽饼粕中硫甙降解产物的定量测定方法进行了归纳总结。测定异硫氰酸酯主要有重量法、容量法、碘量法、氧化还原法和色谱法;测定噁唑烷硫酮主要有紫外分光光度计法和液相色谱(HPLC)法;测定硫氰酸酯主要有分光光度法、气(液)相色谱法及红外法;测定腈类主要有气相色谱法、化学定氮法及红外法。可根据要求和目的,并结合实际具备的仪器、试剂等,选择最合适的分析方法。The quantitative detection methods of degradation products of glucosinolate in rapeseed meal (cake) were summarized. The main quantitative detection methods of isothiocyanate were weight method, volumetric method, iodometric method, oxidation - reduction method and chromatography method. The main quantitative detection methods of oxazolidine were UV - spectrometer method and HPLC. The main quantitative detection methods of thiocyanate were HPLC, GC, spectrophotometer method and infrared spectroscopic method. The main quantitative detection methods of nitriles were GC, chemical method for determination of nitrogen and infrared spectroscopic method. The most suitable method should be choosen according to the experimental requirements or purpose, the available reagents and instruments.
