摘 要:利用DOE实验设计方法,从纤维原料种类、原纸定量、胶乳凝胶含量和不同胶乳配比等方面,研究了各种因素对轮转印刷时涂布纸起泡的影响。研究发现,利用高内聚力的浆料、增加针叶木浆的配比有助于提高轮转印刷时涂布纸的耐温性能。降低原纸定量、采用低凝胶含量的丁苯胶乳以及胶黏剂配方中增加聚醋酸乙烯酯胶乳能有效减少轮转印刷时涂布纸起泡现象的发生。轮转印刷时涂布纸的起泡主要是由于高温干燥条件下,原纸内部的水分无法及时从原纸中蒸发,导致纤维在厚度方向上结合力(层间结合力)被破坏。The effect of the factors including fiber raw material used, base paper grammage, the solid content of the latex and the ratio of different latexes on the blistering of the coated paper in web offset printing was studied by using the Design of Experiment Method (DOE). The results showed that the pulp with high internal bonding such as softwood, can improve the high temperature resistance of the coated paper. Reducing the basepaper grammage and the solid in the latex can decrease the blistering. The high temperature resistance of the coated paper can be improved with the increase of polyvinyl acetate (PVAc). Because the water can not be vaporized from the paper interior in time during heat-set printing, the internal bonds among the fiber layers are destroyed, the Z-strength of paper decreases and the blistering happens.
