山东省高校体育教育专业田径教师教学能力的研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法,界定了山东省高校体育教育专业田径教师教学能力的组成要素,对山东省高校体育教育专业田径教师的教学能力进行了全面的调查,针对现阶段各要素中存在的主要问题,提出促进教学改革,提高教学质量的建议。By the methods of field document, questionnaire and statistic, this paper defined the teaching ability, investigated and analyzed the actuality of Track and Field teaching technique in ShanDong, discovered the question from now on, and brought forward the innovation of teaching method and improved the teaching quality.
