摘　　要：电大教育用"器"的技术、"器"知识为人们装备上最具生产力的功能,但我们不能将技术的发达作为电大品质和文化进步的标志,电大也无法仅仅依赖技术的昌盛来实现精神的繁荣。只有人文之"道"才能提升电大品质,只有适应信息时代特征的电大文化才是电大远程教育愈行愈远的守护者。The TVU Education equips people with knowledge and technology,but we cannot regard the development of technology as the nature and a symbol of cultural advancement of TVU.The spiritual prosperity of TVU cannot depend solely on technology.Only the humanistic spirit can upgrade the quality of TVU and only a TVU culture that adapts itself to the information age can safeguard the long-term development of TVU distance education.
