摘 要:利用CAD分别建立了不同运动类型挤压铸造模具的装配模型;运用FLASH和3DMax两个软件强大的仿真功能,对挤压铸造模具进行运动仿真,模拟了模具开模、合模及卸料等运动过程,在仿真过程中实时观察模具各部件运动情况。结果表明,通过对模具运动仿真,能真实而直观地再现模具工作过程。发现了模具的早期设计问题并及时进行修正和改进,保证了模具结构的准确性与合理性,有效提高了设计效率,降低了设计成本。Assembly mould structures with different motion types in squeezing casting have been visualized based on the CAD.The softwares,including the Flash and 3DMAX,were employed to simulate the motion of mould-opening,mould-closing and mould-unloading in squeezing casting,and the movement of mould structure was real-time observed in process of simulation.The simulated results show that the working process of the mould structure can be reproduced directly by the visualization,and problems in design of the mould can be considered early and then can be modified in time,so the accuracy and rationality of the mould structure can be ensured,effectively improving the designing efficiency and reducing the designing cost.
