摘　　要：高校实验教学示范中心建设是一项提升办学水平的战略性举措，如何将已经建成的外语实验教学示范中心管理好，充分发挥实验教学示范中心的辐射和示范功能，对高校的外语教学有着重要的作用。介绍做好高校外语实验教学示范中心管理过程中的几个关键因素。The construction of the experimental teaching demonstration centre in the universities is a strategical act in increasing the teaching level. It shows how to manage the center and fully demonstrate the radiating and exampling function of the center and therefore shows the importance of the centre in the foreign language teaching. This article introduces several key factors in the management process of the centre.
