摘　　要：高等学校每年度对下属各学院科研工作的考评已成为科研管理工作中重要的环节。文章阐述了科研工作考评指标体系的重要性，指出了高校科研工作的考评对象，介绍了考评的目的和功能及考评周期．并据此提出了一整套量化考评指标体系，可作为各大高校及科研机构对下属部门科研工作考评的参考。In colleges and universities, annual evaluation of scientific activities of subordinate departments has become an important part in the management of scientific activites. The importance of the index system for the evaluation of scientific activities is explained in the article, and the object, target, function and period of evaluation are introduced. Accordingly, a whole set of quantitative index system is put forward, which can be used by colleges, universities and other scientific research organizations as a reference to evaluate the scientific activities of their subordinate departments.
