摘  要:采用原子荧光光谱法对枣中硒的含量进行分析,确定最佳测定条件。结果表明:硒的检出限为0.57ng/ml,线性范围为1.0~32.0ng/ml,回收率为99.0%~106.3%,变异系数小于1.71%。An atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was developed to determine trace selenium in Chinese date by taking 10% HCI solution as the current-carrying solution, selecting 2.0% potassium borohydride solution to enhance fluorescence intensity, and eliminating the disturbance of Pb^2+, Cu^2+ and Ag^+ by enrichment with mercapto cotton and masking with thiourea- ascorbic acid. Results showed that the linear range and detection limit were 1.0 - 32.0 ng/ml and 0.57 ng/ml, respectively; the recovery varied from 99.0% to 106.3% and the RSD was lower than 1.71%.
