摘  要:船舶波浪弯矩在规则波中的频响函数以半解析的形式给出,同时考虑了实船非直舷及底部砰击因素的非线性影响。提出了波浪弯矩的非线性经验拟合表达式以及波浪中的统计分布特性,它能快速准确地预报波浪载荷极值。最后提出了针对船体梁总纵极限强度进行可靠性分析的方法,并给出实船算例。研究结果表明,给出的方法既适用于概念设计阶段对船舶结构的安全性评估,也满足对实船波浪载荷的快速预报及结构强度可靠性分析的要求。A semi-analytical approach is used to derive frequency response function of the wave-induced bending moment for safety assessment of longitudinal strength of ship's structure. The nonlinear effects of skewness and whipping are considered, and nonlinear moments are also given in semi-empirical closed-form. This method can be used to make quick estimates of the design wave loads at the conceptual design phase, and can be used in reliability analysis as well. Based on the proposed approach, a detailed procedure of reliability analysis of ship's longitudinal strength is proposed. The result of analysis demonstrates that this approach is applied not only for safety assessment of ships' structure at the conceptual design phase but also for the ships in use.
