摘 要:优化了酿酒酵母Saccharomyces cerevisiae GIM-2发酵工艺条件并对其发酵造纸污泥产乙醇进行了研究。以模拟造纸污泥水解液中糖成分的混合糖为试验原料,采用响应面分析法优化酵母发酵生产乙醇工艺,得优化条件:温度33.1℃,pH值5.4,摇床转速50r/min,发酵24h糖醇转化率为38%。造纸污泥在纤维素酶作用下水解48h,纤维素转化率为58.2%,水解液在优化条件下发酵24h糖醇转化率为28.4%,产率达0.14g乙醇/g污泥,是理论值的37.3%。The conditions of Saccharomyces cerevisiae GIM-2 fermentation technique were optimized and production of ethanol from paper sludge fermentation was studied. Mixture of sugar with content of simulate paper sludge hydrolysate was used as experimental material, and optimization of yeast fermentation condition for the production of ethanol was made possible by response surface methodology. The optimized technological parameters were as follows: temperature 33.1℃, pH 5.4, rotational speed 50 r/min and under these conditions, the conversion rate of sugar to ethanol was 38% after 24 h of incubation. Paper sludge was hydrolyzed by commercial cellulose for 48 h and percent conversion of cellulose was 58.2 %. Hydrolysate fermentation for 24 h under optimized conditions, the conversion rate of sugar to ethanol was 28.4% and the yield of ethanol produced per gram of paper sludge utilized was 0. 14 g, which corresponds to 37.3% of the theoretical yield.
