摘  要:建立了蒸馏提取-异烟酸-吡唑啉酮比色法测定植物性食品中氰化物含量的检测方法。方法的线性范围为0.2μg/mL;称取10g样品时,氰化物的最小检出量为0.04mg/kg;实际样品的添标回收率为94%-105%;相对标准差(RSD)≤10%。本法操作简单、准确度高、重现性好。A distillation with Spectrophotometry method for determination of cyanide in vegetables was reported. The linear range of the calibration curve for cyanide was 0--5μg. The detection limit of the method was 0.04 mg/kg in 10.0 g sample. The Recovery rate of this method was 94%-105%. The relative standard deviation for the proposed method was lower than 10%. These results demonstrated that the method is simple, accurate and reliable for the determination of cyanide in vegetables.
