摘  要:本文阐述了电阻法控制碳势的原理,对其优缺点作了评述。并介绍了作者研制成功的电阻法探头、碳势仪表和GMC-80TC控温、控碳势专用微机的结构性能,以及电阻法微机控制气体渗碳工艺过程在生产实际中的应用。认为:电阻法控碳势是经济实用和行之有效的,电阻法微机控制渗碳有助于提高渗碳质量和科学生产管理水平。This paper deals with the principle of the carbon potential con- trolled by electrical resistance method and comments on its advantages and faults.The construction characteristics of authors′science-oriented resistance sensor,apparatus for controlling carbon potential,GMC-80TC special microcom- puter and the practice application of the microcomputer-controlled gas carbu- rizing with electrical resistance were introduced. Authors recognize that carbon potential controlled with electrical resistance method is effective and economical.The method helps to improve the quality of gas carburizing and level of production management.
