摘　　要：以技能型人才为培养目标,将染整专业传统的认识、生产与毕业实习"三段式"实践教学体系整合构建成为新型的产学研结合与工学交替的教学体系,在产学结合的不断循环实践中,全面提升学生在生产过程中的岗位职业能力和具有创造性思维的动手能力,狠抓实践教学环节,为企业培养并输送具有职业岗位能力的应用性人才。Aiming at training technical talents, three steps of the original practical teaching system of Dying and Finishing major, that is, recognition - production - practice is reconstructed to be the new teaching system of alternating work and study and integration of production - learning - research. Through the recycling practice, the students＇ professional abilities and creative technical abilities in the production process will be fully improved, and practical teaching should be strengthened in order to provide qualified practical talents for enterprises.
