摘　　要：高校学报系统从编辑关系的角度来看，其要素主要包括编辑活动的主体———编辑群体；编辑活动的客体———社会对象、信息对象、物质对象．从编辑过程的角度来看，实质上就是信息的生产过程．高校学报系统是一个动态开放系统，其功能是实现信息传播．编辑是高校学报系统的主导因素，因此，编辑应树立系统意识，在实际工作中自觉应用系统思想与系统科学方法，优化高校学报系统诸要素。A journal of university is a open and dynamic system.With reference to relations in editorial activity,the elements of the system of university journal consist of subject——editorial staff and object——target of society,information and matter.From the view point of the process of editorial activity,the system of university journal is virtually a course of produce information,the function of which is to accomplish the spread of information.Editor is the dominant.Editor should establish the consciousness of system.In practical work,editor should be aware of appling the thought and the method of system to optimize the elements for the functions optimization with the system of university journal.
