半枝莲挥发性化学成分分析

摘　　要：通过分析半枝莲挥发性化学成分,为半枝莲的开发利用提供实验依据。采用同时蒸馏-萃取法提取半枝莲挥发性化学成分,用气相色谱法分离,质谱法鉴定其结构。结果表明,半枝莲挥发油的含量为1.84%,鉴定出35种化学成分,其中呋喃甲醛、麝香草酚和十六烷酸含量较高。To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization, the volazile oil in Scutellaria barbata D. Don was analyzed. The volatile oil of Scutellaria barbara D. Don was extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction. The components were separated by gas chromatography, and identified by mass spectrometry. The result shows that the content of volatile oil of Scutellaria barbara D. Don is 1.84%. 35 compounds in the volatile oil of Scutellaria barbara D. Don are identified by GC/MS. The higher chemical components in the volatile oil are furfural, phenol,5-methyl-2-（1- methylethyl） and hexadecanoic acid.
