摘　　要：从思想观念、政策、体制和运行机制等方面对科技成果转化的影响进行了分析和讨论，并就此提出了加强科技成果转化工作的若干建议。Based on the thoughtful visions,polity,society and carrying policy systems this paper analyzes and discusses the influence of turning scientifical and technological results into production some suggestions about how to change scientifical and technological results into production are put forward.
