摘　　要：儿科学在很多综合医院有萎缩的趋势,如何培养学生热爱儿科,调动他们的积极性是儿科教师非常重要的责任。采用以学生为主体的人性化教学模式,将儿科的重要性及特殊性通过多种形式传递给学生。There is a tendency of shrinking of pediatrics at many general hospitals. It is important for pediatrician to train students to love pediatrics and stimulate their enthusiasm. Using a student-oriented teaching model, we tell students the importance and particularity of pediatrics through various forms.
