摘 要:为了实现氧化铝连续碳酸化分解生产过程优化控制,研究连续碳酸化分解过程输入输出运行规律并对其过程进行动态数学描述是解决问题的关键。定义了ICSTR(Interaction Continuous Stirred-TankReactor)关联连续搅拌槽式反应釜基础上,给出了ICSTR的特性。基于碳酸化分解过程物理化学机理及质量守恒定律,建立了连续碳酸化分解过程系统非线性多重时滞的动态数学模型。通过数值计算和仿真,给出了模型计算值与实际测量值比较的结果,提供了分解各槽Al2O3浓度连续变化仿真曲线,验证了模型能较好地体现系统即时变化过程。Researching on the input and output dynamic movement law of continuous carbonated decomposition process, the dynamic mathematical description of which is the key to realize optimization control of alumina continuous carbonated decomposition industrial process. The ICSTR Interaction Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactor was defined. The characteristics of the ICSTR were put forward. Based on carbonated decomposition physics and the mass conservation law, the nonlinear and with multiple time delays dynamic mathematical model of carbonated decomposition process system were built. The results comparing from numerical calculation and simulation with practical measured values were obtained. The continuous change simulation curves of the Al2O3 concentration were given. The model is better verified to reflect the system variation process, the related problems about solutions.
