摘　　要：创建学习型农村是建设现代农业的必由之路，是知识经济时代的客观要求，是社会主义新农村建设的迫切需要，是农民自身生存和发展的必然选择。山西省临猗县是个纯农业县，全县55万人，其中农业人口50万，全面建设小康社会的重心在农村。本文谨结合临猗县创建学习型农村的实践，进行有益探讨。The foundation study countryside is constructs the modern agriculture the way that must be taken,is the knowledge economy time objective request, is the socialism new rural reconstruction urgent need, is farmer own survival and the development inevitably choice. The Shanxi Province linyi county is the pure agricultural county, county-wide 550,000 people, in which agricultural population 500,000 ,comprehensive construction well-off society＇s center of gravity in countryside. This article sincerely unifies the linyi county foundation study countryside the practice,carries on the beneficial discussion.
