摘　　要：广义Fitting子群F*(G)是G的唯一的极大正规拟幂零子群。利用广义Fitting子群F*(G)的一些子群性质研究群的性质和结构,推广和改进了Asaad等人的结果。The generalized Fitting subgroup F*(G) of G is the unique maximal normal quasinilpotent subgroup of the quasi-nilpotent subgroup of G.In this paper,we extend and improve Asaad's results by using some properties of subgroups of the generalized Fitting subgroup F*(G) to invetigate the property and structure of some finite groups.
