高职生职业性别刻板印象特点的调查研究

摘　　要：采用自编的《高职生职业性别评价调查问卷》对327高职生进行调查,结果表明:高职生普遍存在职业性别刻板印象,不同专业、年级和性别的高职生表现出高度的一致性,职业的性别选择具有二元对立性,高职女生职业性别刻板印象中凸显自卑心理,高职生对职业的性别选择和职业情感偏好之间高度相关。The research surveyed vocational college students with a questionnaire. The result indicates as follows： there are some stereotypes about vocation among vocational college students, and there are no difference between students in terms of their major, grade and gender. There is an antagonism between gender and female vocational college students appear inferiority as well as some relevance between vocation selection and affection for vocation.
