高校职业指导教师专业化现状调查与分析

摘　　要：在对高校就业工作人员和学生调查资料分析和研究的基础上,归纳出在高校职业指导教师专业化方面存在的具体问题,并从政府完善政策,引导社会重视;建立健全机制,合理规划培养;转变教师观念,积极自我发展三个方面提出了建议。Based on the analysis and research of staffs in institution of higher education and students, some specific problems on the specialization of vocational guidance teacher in institution of higher education are found out, therefore, 3 suggestions are brought forward： government should perfect policies and draw attention from society; establish mechanism, reasonablely plan and train ; change teachers＇ concepts and develop oneself positively.
