摘　　要：要培养高素质人才，出高水平的科研成果，实验室技术安全是重要环节之一。该文从实验室技术安全，培养学生的安全意识、安全技能，注重实验室组织落实、人员落实、制度落实，在安全措施、安全检查、安全教育等技术安全环节上进行了积极地探索。In order to foster high-quality talents and get a high level of scientific research outcome, laboratory technology safety plays an important role in higher education. It committed some significative discussions on the laboratory technology safety, how to train students＇ awareness of laboratory safety and safety skills, labo- ratory-oriented organization and implementation processes, the implementation of safety measures, safety inspections, safety education, etc.
