摘 要:目的:本研究通过将唐传(厦门)生物科技有限公司生产的L-阿拉伯采用口服方法,喂服新西兰大白兔,同时用高糖高脂饲料喂养兔子,观察L-阿拉伯糖对抑制因为连续高糖高脂饲料引起的血脂紊乱和脂肪堆中的作用。为将L-阿拉伯糖应用到预防肥胖以及由此引发的并发症提供科学数据。方法:择体重在1.8~2.0kg范围新西兰大白兔32只,随机分为A,B,C组,每组8,其中A~C组均喂养高糖高脂饲料,D组喂普通饲料,同时A组按1.24g/d,B组按1.11g/d剂量口服L-阿拉伯糖进行干预。实验持续3个月,实验结束,颈动脉取血扑杀兔子,分离血清采用贝克曼全自动生化仪检测血脂水平,包括总胆固醇(TC),甘油三脂(TG)水平,同时分离腹部脂肪和肾脏周围脂肪,称重并计算脂肪指数。结果:生化指标检测结果显示,口服L-阿拉伯糖高剂量组的兔子TG水平比对照组低,差异显著(P<0.05),TC水平比对照组低17%,但没有达到显著性差异,脂肪指数结果证明,两个剂量组的兔子脂肪指数明显比实验对照组低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:1.24g/d剂量的L-阿拉伯糖能够有效降低胆固醇和甘油三脂水平,同时能够有效抑制兔子体内脂肪堆积,减少脂肪指数。Objective: L-Arabinose is a sweetener in low-energy, it can inhibit the activity of enzymes, as a natural enzymy inhibitor of sucrase, lessen breakdown of sucrose , limited its absorption in the gatro intestinal tract. The result will help to eliminate the rising of circulation blood glucose level after the sucrose challenge, the inhibiting the absorption of sugar can prevent hypertension and diabetes. Thomson biotech(Xiamen)PTE LTD extract the L-Arabinose from rice, corn stalks with biochemical methods .The aim of this study is to examine the function of decreasing the blood lipid level and inhibition to accumulation of of body fat by diet-induced with high fat and high sucrose feeding. Method: 32 New zealand white rabbits, 1.8-2kg weight, male, were randomly divided into 4 groups, A,B,C,Dgroup, 8 rabbits one group, C group fed with high fat and high sucrose diet only as control group, A,B group along with high fat and high sucrose diet, oral with L-Arabinose, the dosage were 1.24g/d, 1.11 g/d respectively for 12 weeks. D group fed with normal diet and with the same dosage of PBS instead of L-Arabinose, took advantage of the soft dropper to feed practice, the levels of Triglyceride and cholesterol were detected with Beckman instrument. The index of body fat was determined by the formula: fat index equal to the weight of fat divided by body weight. Result: The biochemistry detection data showed that the levels of blood TG in the rabbits fed with L-Arabinose were lower than the control group, there was significant different in the level of Triglyceride level(P〈0.05), the level of TC was lower in the rabbits fed with L-Arabinose that of in control rabbits, however there were not significant different. The fat index in group A and B were much less than that of the control rabbits. There was significant different. Conclusion: L-Arabinose play an important role in decreasing the blood lipid level, meanwhile, it can also reduce the accumulation of body fat induct by feeding with high sucrose and hig
