摘 要:目的了解青岛市城区中晚孕期妇女缺铁性贫血(IDA)的膳食影响因素。方法选取120名IDA孕妇为贫血组,120名正常孕妇为对照组,应用24h回顾法进行膳食调查。结果中孕、晚孕妇女贫血组每日蛋白质、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、视黄醇的摄入均低于对照组(t=2.5~6.5,P<0.05),晚孕妇女贫血组铁的平均摄入量低于对照组(t=2.8,P<0.05);贫血组孕妇蔬菜、水产品的摄入量低于对照组(t=2.8、8.3,P<0.05),水果类摄入量高于对照组(t=3.5,P<0.05);贫血组蛋白质供能比低于对照组(t=2.1,P<0.05)。结论铁摄入不足及蛋白质、维生素C、视黄醇等营养素的缺乏是中晚孕期妇女IDA的膳食因素。不合理的膳食结构和饮食习惯影响铁的吸收和利用。Objective To investigate the effect of dietary factors on iron deficiency anemia (IDA) in midtrimester and late pregnancy women in city proper of Qingdao. Methods This study consisted of 120 pregnant women with IDA, and 120 normal gravida served as controls. A 24-hour-retrospective dietary survey was conducted. Res.,lts A daily intake of protein, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin Bz ,and retinol in IDA women was significantly lower than that of the normal control (t=2.5-6.5 ,P〈0.05). The intake of iron in the late pregnant women was lower than that of the the control (t=2.8,P〈0.05). The daily intake of vegetables and seafood in IDA women was lower than that of the control (t= 2.8,8.3;P〈0. 05), but the intake of fruits was higher (t= 3.5, P〈0.05). The percentage of energy from protein in IDA women's diet was lower than the control (t = 2.1, P〈0.05). Conclusion Lack of intake of iron, protein, vitamin C and retinol is the dietary factors contributing to IDA in midtrimester and late pregnancy.
