摘  要:分别以一年生和两年生豆腐柴枝条上切段和下切段为材料,将1/50、1/20和1/10 hoagland大量元素、微量元素和铁盐以及24μM、48μM和96μM硅酸进行4因素3水平正交试验,培养豆腐柴枝条,诱导其生根。结果表明,一年生材料生根率高于两年生材料,下切段生根率高于上切段。Hoagland铁盐最为重要,其次为Hoagland大量元素,第三为硅酸,Hoagland微量元素作用不大。豆腐柴不定根诱导的最佳组配为1/10Hoagland大量元素+Hoagland铁+48μM硅酸。Premna branches of one - year- old and two- year- old were cut into up and down sections to be cultured in 1/50,1/20 and 1/10 hoagland macrol elements, trace elements and ferric salts, and 24μM, 48μM and 96μM silieic acid for 4 factor 3 - level orthegonal test to induce adventitious roots. The results showed that one - year - old material had higher root introduction rate than that of two - year - old and the down section had more roots than those of up segments. Hoagland ferric salt was the most important,followed by macro- elements from Hoagland, then silicic acid. Hoagland trace elements had little effect. For Prerrma adventitious root induction, the best combination was 1/10 Hoagland ferric salt + 1/10 Hoagland acid + 48 μM silicic acid.
