摘　　要：目的了解Survivin和Caspase-3在乳癌组织的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测56例乳癌组织和10例正常乳腺组织中Survivin和Caspase-3表达,并分析其与临床病理特征相关性。结果正常乳腺组织中未见Survivin阳性表达,Caspase-3阳性表达率为100%。乳癌组织中Survivin和Caspase-3阳性表达率分别为67.9%(38/56)、51.8%(29/56),Survivin表达与淋巴结转移有关(χ2=7.09,P<0.01),与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、临床TNM分期均无关;Caspase-3表达与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、临床TNM分期及淋巴结转移均无关。乳癌组织Survivin和Caspase-3表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.361,P<0.05)。结论Survivin和Caspase-3可通过促进或抑制细胞凋亡,对乳癌的发生和发展起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expressions of Survivin and Caspase-3 and their relationship in breast cancer. Methods The expressions of Survivin and Caspase-3 in 56 breast-cancer patients and 10 normal breast samples were detected by immunohistochemical method, their association with clinical pathology was analyzed. Results In normal breast, no Survivin was expressed, and Caspase 3 was 100% expressed; in cancer tissue, the positive expressions of Survivin and Caspase 3 were 67.9% （38/56） and 51.8% （29/56）, respectively. Survivin was related to lymph node metastasis （x^2= 7.09,P〈0.05）, hut not to age, tumor size,pathologic grade and clinical stage; the expression of caspase 3 had nothing to do with all above items as observed in Survivin. A negative correlation was revealed between Survivin and caspase-3 in cancer tissue （r=- 0. 361 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Survivin and Caspase-3 may play an important role. in the occurrencc and development of breast cancer through promoting or inhibiting apoptosis.
