摘 要:到底农民视角下的统筹城乡教育应该是什么样子?他们到底需要什么样的教育公平治理?我们以全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区重庆和成都的若干乡镇调研为例,从农民对统筹城乡教育的总体性视角扫描、统筹城乡教育概念的农民主体性解读、统筹城乡教育制因的农民主体性困惑、统筹城乡教育对策的农民主体性建构、统筹城乡教育原则的农民主体性预设、统筹城乡教育目标的农民主体性展望7个角度展开论述,力图还原农民话语,凸显农民主体性场景。Breakthroughs have been made in the comprehensive and equal education reforms nationwide, but farmers, however, are at a deficiency or a collective loss of discourse. What should it be like of the comprehensive reforms of urban and rual education by farmers? What meatsures should be taken? The writer performs a panoramic review of the towns as experimental regions in Chongqing and Chengdu to describe a general under- standing of comprehensive education by farmers regarding conceptions, perplexity, and strategies.
