摘　　要：在量子力学中提出并证明了一个定理，该定理指出了对称性与守恒定律的联系，它是场论中的Ｎｏｅｔｈｅｒ定理在量子力学中的直接对应，并可用于分立变换的守恒量．A theorem for quantum mechanics is proposed and verified in this paper, in which the connection between the symmetry and the conservation laws is pointed out. It is the counterpart of the Noether theorem in field theory, and can be used for the conservation study in discrete transformation.
