摘　　要：研究了V-quantale上的和→运算,得到了强德摩根律的等价刻画;最后,给出了V-quantale的表示定理。In this paper, two operations （＋） and→ on V-quantales are investigated and the equivalent characterization for Strong De Morgan Law is given. At last, the representation theorem for V-quantale is obtained.
