摘　　要：为了满足我校教学和评估工作的需要,研制开发了《院系教学档案管理系统》。系统依据教育部本科教学工作水平评估指标体系,对院系教学档案和资料进行分类、整理、输入、保存,并通过这些原始材料展示教学各环节内容,真正实现了信息资源的整合与共享,提高了我校院系教学档案和评估信息的管理效率和水平。系统通过验收投入使用后,在我校教学和评估工作中发挥了极大作用,为我校教学管理工作再上新台阶打下了良好的基础。In order to meet the requirement of college teaching and evaluating, the department teaching archives management system was developed. According to the evaluation index system issued by the ministry for undergraduate teaching level, the main function of the management system includes input, storage, classification for teaching archives and material, and showing teaching aspects of teaching through the original material. The system realizes integrating and sharing of information resources, and the management efficiency of teaching archives and evaluation information was improved. The practical result shows the system has played a vital role in our teaching and evaluation, and layed a good foundation to a new level for teaching management.
