摘 要:采用732阳离子交换树脂从结晶母液中回收蒜氨酸,考察了温度,pH值对树脂交换容量的影响,根据优化筛选结果,测定了40℃下的交换等温线和动态交换穿透曲线,确定了氨水洗脱液的流速和浓度,结果表明,蒜氨酸40℃的交换等温线符合Freundlich方程,q=0.2723ln(c)-0.0027,R2=0.9924,氨水洗脱液的浓度为2mol/L,流速0.5mL/min,蒜氨酸的回收率是76%。In order to increase the yield of allicin that extracted from garlic,we adopted the methods of 732 cation exchange resin extracted from the crystal liquor garlic and studied the effect of temperature and pH value on resin exchange capacity. The results showed that the velocity and concentration of ammonia lotion could be confirm through the curve of exchange isotherm under 40℃. This curve was accord with Freundlich equation : q = 0.27231n (c) - 0.0027,R^2 = 0.9924. When pH value was 3 - 5 and the velocity and concentration of ammonia lotion were 0.5mL/min and 2 mol/L respectively,the yield of garlic could be up to 76 percent.
