摘 要:目的观察超短波对制动期兔骨骼肌萎缩及关节挛缩的预防作用。方法取健康雄性家兔30只,随机分为对照组,制动组和超短波组,制动组和超短波组采用伸直位石膏外固定制动制作兔左下肢骨骼肌萎缩及膝关节挛缩模型,超短波组还同时采用超短波治疗,比较每组治疗前后左膝关节被动活动度,治疗6周末处死所有兔,取左股直肌进行HE染色、VG染色及免疫组化研究,判断肌纤维化程度及Bcl-2表达强度的差异。结果超短波组关节活动度、胶原纤维增生程度、光镜下细胞结构形态等病理改变明显轻于制动组,Bcl-2表达则高于制动组(P<0.05)。结论超短波治疗可预防骨骼肌萎缩从而减轻和延缓关节挛缩。[Objectives] To investigate the influence of ultrashortwave therapy on myoatrophy and joint contracture in rabbits after immobilization. [Methods] Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups, the normal group without any treatments, immobilized group received immobilization by fixing left knee joints on extensive position without any therapy, uhrashortwave group were treated with immobilization and ultrashortwave therapy. All groups had been treated for 6 weeks. The range of motion were measured before and after treatment. At the end of the 6 weeks, all rabbits were killed, the quadriceps femoris were researched by VG-staining, haematoxylin-eosin staining and immunohistochemieal techniques in order to investigate muscle fiber portion, as well as observing the expression of Bcl-2. [Results] The range of motion, the Collagen fibers portion and the pathological changes in the cellular structures were significantly milder in the ultrashortwave group as eompared with those seen in the immobilized group, there are also significant differences expression rate of Bcl-2. [Conclusions] Ultrashortwave therapy can prevent or delay the process of myoatrophy, so that it can reduce and prevent the process of joint contracture.
