摘　　要：从学习第四次全国特殊教育工作会议文件及国办发[2009]41号文件的角度,结合建国60年来,特别是改革开放30年以来我国特殊教育的发展变化,简要论述了进一步加快特殊教育事业发展的基础、任务和保证。This article briefly discusses on foundation and tasks of further developing special education on the basis of special education development during the past 60 years, especially the past 30 years from the aspect of studying documents in the 4^th National Special Education Conference.
