摘 要:利用气相色谱脂肪酸甲酯化法测定了大豆品种绥农10与L-9及其杂交衍生的197个重组自交系种子的棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸的含量,运用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,对大豆种子的5种脂肪酸进行了遗传分析。结果表明:硬脂酸、油酸和亚油酸均为2对主基因+多基因遗传模型;棕榈酸与亚麻酸均为3对主基因+多基因遗传模型,且五种脂肪酸含量的主基因遗传率大于多基因遗传率,即五种脂肪酸的遗传主要受主基因控制。Soybean[ Glycine max (L.)Merr. ] is the principal oilseed crop in the world. Soybean oil has various industrial and food applications. The quality of soybean oil is determined by its fatty acid composition. Fatty acid composition content in soybean seed were studied using 197 lines of a RIL population from a cross between Suinong 10 and L-9. Fatty acids was analyzed through mixed major gene plus polygene inheritance models, the results showed that palmitic acids content were controlled by three major genes, stearic acids content were controlled by two major genes, oleic acids content were controlled by two major genes,linolenic acids content were controlled by two major genes and polygenes, linoleic acids content were controlled by three major genes, respectively. The heritability of major genes was larger than that of polygenes in all the five fatty acids, indicating that the fatty acids investigated in the present study were mainly governed by major genes.
