摘　　要：进行了水浴消解——原子荧光光谱法测定粮食中的微量汞的研究,结果表明该方法具有灵敏度高、分析过程简便、快速等优点,可以取代湿法消解样品,具有广泛的实用性。Water--bath digestion coupled with atomic fluorescence spectrometry method was used for determina- tion of trace mercury in grain, it showed that the method could replace wet digestion method and also had many advantages, such as high sensitivity, convenient operation, rapid determination, wide practicability and so on.
