摘　　要：目的探讨cyclinE、p27在日光角化病的表达和意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测cyclin E、p27在35例日光角化病皮损和30例正常皮肤中的表达。结果日光角化病皮损中cyclinE表达较正常皮肤增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而p27表达较正常皮肤降低(P<0.01)。在日光角化病皮损中cyclinE、p27的表达呈负相关(r=-0.515,P<0.05)。结论cyclinE的高表达、p27的低表达可能与日光角化病的发生有关。Objective To investigate the expression of cyclin E and p27 in actinic keratosis and its significance. Methods The expression of cyclin E and p27 in 35 cases of actinic keratosis and 30 cases of normal skin was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The expression of cyclin E in actinic keratosis was higher than in normal skin （P 〈 0.01 ） , but the expression of p27 in actinic keratosis was lower than in normal skin（ P 〈 0.01 ）. A negative correlation was found between cyclin E and p27 in actinic keratosis（ r = - 0. 515,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The high expression of cyclin E and the low expression of p27 may be related to the occurrence of actinc keratosis.
