企业知识理论视角下的企业进化及其机制研究

摘　　要：首先给出了企业知识理论关于企业的存在、性质和异质性的解释,在此基础上提出了企业知识理论视角下企业进化的定义,并从知识的角度重新界定了企业进化理论中三个核心概念:遗传、变异和选择,分析了他们的本质和特性。详述了围绕组织学习和知识创新展开的企业进化机制,分析了企业进化过程中各阶段的任务及特点。最后针对中国企业的现状提出了一些如何促进企业进化的建议。Based on the knowledge of the existence, character and heterogeneity of firm, a new definition of finn evolution is proposed. Core concepts of finn evolution theory are redefined with the essence and character analyzed. The finn evolution mechanism centering on organizational learning and knowledge innovation is discussed in detail. The role and character of each process in the firm evolution are analyzed. Finally, suggestions about how to accelerate the finn evolution are put forward with the consideration of actuality of Chinese firm.
