大学生职业核心能力的培养策略浅谈

摘　　要：职业能力由岗位特殊能力、行业通用能力和核心能力等三部分组成,而核心能力是一种通用能力.从大学生职业核心能力的现状出发,提出从更新理念顺应形势促进培养、提升文化借力环境内化培养、联动产学结合实践承载培养等三个方面对大学生职业核心能力进行培养.Professional capacity consists of three aspects, namely, the special ability to the position, general industry capacity and the core competency, with the core competency as a universal capacity. Considering the current situation of the college students＇career core competency, this article suggests that we should cultivate the college students＇career core competency from the following three perspectives： to update the foster concepts, to enhance the culture and environmental internalization, and to combine production practice with learning.
