摘  要:由于高职院校办学时间短、社会认可度不高,高职教师在其职业发展过程中更易受自身能力水平、个性特征、价值观差异、工作压力等因素影响而出现"职业高原"现象。高职教师"职业高原"现象个体成因类型可归纳为压力型、瓶颈型、安逸型和边缘型。要突破"职业高原"期,高职教师必须学会化解压力,学会自我调节,强化自身,提高对职业和自我的认同感,并不断完善人格。As a result of short time running of higher vocational schools and social recognition is not high, higher vocational school teachers tend to confront with the phenomenon of 'career plateau' influencing by the factors of their self-abilities, personality characteristics, values differences and work pressure. The type of career plateau phenomenon of higher vocational school teachers can be divided into pressure type, bottleneck type, comfortable type and edge type according to individual causes. To overcome this period of 'career plateau', higher vocational school teachers must learn to defuse pressure, learn to self-regulation, raise self-identity and constantly improve the personality, etc.
