摘　　要：This paper deals with methods of teaching vocabulary to high school students.It mainly talks about that vocabulary learning should relate to cultural background,connotative meaning,and social meaning.In order to collect dependable and reasonable result,a survey was conducted in a high school.The result of survey shows that this method is acceptable.This paper deals with methods of teaching vocabulary to high school students.
