摘　　要：目的:了解人口学变量与员工满意度的关系。方法:基于SPSS16.0对煤炭总医院员工满意度调查结果进行统计学分析。结果:年龄、工龄、院龄、职称员工总体满意度不存在差异,不同性别、学历、岗位、工作类别、职务、月收入员工总体满意度存在差异。讨论:人口学变量影响员工满意度的原因分析。Objective： To study the relationship between emph）yee satisfaction and the demographic variables. Methods： Data analysis of employee satisfaction in Meitan hospital by SPSS16.0. Results： There is no deference between deferent age, working age, hospital working age, positional title and deference between deferent sex, education, jobs, job categories, post and monthly income of the employee satisfaction. Discussion： to analyze how the demographic variable affect employee satisfaction.
