赏识教育管理模式与大学生科学发展能力培养

摘　　要：在当今高校的教学教育中,大学生科学发展能力的培养成为高校教育关注的重点,而高校推行赏识教育管理模式,成为培养大学生科学发展能力的重要方法。高校推行赏识教育管理模式,以赏识学生为赏识教育的核心,以学生发展为赏识教育的定位,以学生实践为赏识教育要点,以学习过程为赏识教育评价的重点,引导学生克服心智的阶段性不成熟、学习只重结果不重过程的不足,能够进一步满足学生个性化成长的需要,为学生科学发展奠定坚实的基础。In today＇s university education and teaching, university student＇s cultivation of scientific development abilities becomes a key point concerned by high education, appreciation education administration pattern is an important method for university student to cultivate scientific development ability. The university carries out the appreciation education administration pattern, appreciate the student as core, student＇s development as localization, student＇s practices as main point, studies process as appraisal key point, guides the student to overcome the mental gradualness immature, avoids only result not process insufficiency, by further meets the needs which the student personalization grows, lays the solid foundation for the student science development.
