肺癌中RhoC与RhoGDIα表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨RhoC及其调控因子RhoGDIα在肺癌中表达及其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学法检测120例肺癌及60例癌旁肺组织中RhoC和RhoGDIα蛋白表达水平。[结果]120例肺癌中RhoC和RhoGDIα阳性率分别为71.67%、75.83%,明显高于癌旁肺组织中的表达(30.00%、41.67%)(P<0.01)。RhoC和RhoGDIα的表达均与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。RhoC和RhoGDIα蛋白阳性表达患者的5年生存率明显低于阴性表达者(P<0.05)。[结论]RhoC和RhoGDIα在肺癌的发生发展中扮演着重要的角色,它们可以作为标志肿瘤转移及预后不良的生物学指标。[Purpose] To investigate the expression of RhoC and its regulator Rho-GDP dissociation inhibitor α （Rho-GDIα） in lung cancer and its clinical significance. [Methods] The expression of RhoC and Rho- GDIα in 120 specimens of lung cancer and 60 specimens of adjacent tissue was detected immunohisto- chemically. [Resuhsl The positive expression rate of RhoC and Rho-GDIα in lung cancer （71.67%, 75.83%） was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissue（30.00%,41.67%）（P〈0.01）. The expression of RhoC and Rho-GDIα correlated with clinic staging and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）. The 5-survival rate in the patients with RhoC/Rho-GDIα positive expression was significantly lower than that in patients with negative expression（P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] RhoC and Rho-GDIα play important roles in the carcinogensis and development in lung cancer, and might be valuable marker for predicting metastasis and poor prognosis in lung cancer.
