从商务英语与相关学科渗透看复合型外语人才培养

摘　　要：在复合型人才需求的推动下,学科间的渗透成为人才培养的常态模式。复合型商务英语人才的有效培养,需要在课程设置上突出交叉,确立"英语+专业"的全英双专业教学模式,科学安排学时学分;需要在教材应用和教师选择上注重融合,选用兼容性和适用性教材,建设"双师型"教师队伍;需要在弘扬学生主体地位过程中体现渗透,建构自主学习的教学体系。Under impetus of demand for interdisciplinary talents, infiltration of subjects becomes the normal mode of cultivating the tal- ents. The effective euhivation of interdisciplinary business English talents needs to lay the stress on setting up cross- curriculum, es- tablishing ＂English ＋ Major＂ double - major teaching mode in English, arranging scientifically study period and credit hours; It needs to focus on integration in the application of teaching materials which means choosing the ones with compatibility and applicability and in the selection of the teachers which means constructing ＂Double Type＂ teaching staff; It needs to embody infiltration in carrying forward the dominant learning position of students, constructing the teaching system of self - directed learning,
