终身教育视野下的非学历社会证书考试发展探析

摘　　要：我国制定终身教育的发展规划，是利国利民的大事，对于提高国民素质，丰富、完善、促进国民教育体系，具有举足轻重的意义。在这样的背景下，社会证书考试从原来作为国民教育体系的补充部分，已逐渐演变为终身教育的重要组成部分。目前，自学考试的“双证书”考试形式、职业证书考试以及岗位培司ll考试组成的社会证书考试体系是一种非学历的考试，它是社会发展到一定程度满足社会文化生活需求的一种教育形式。对于这种新的教育形式，对于它的特点、现状及发展有必要展开探析。China＇s development of lifelong education plan is a major event for raising the overall qualities of people, which enriches and promotes the national education system with its pivotal significance. Under such circumstance, non-degree social certification examination has gradually evolved into lifelong education as an important part from its original supplement to national education system. At present, double-certificate examination, vocational qualification examination and job training examination make up the non-degree social certification examination. It is a form of education to meet the needs of social and cultural life of people. So it is necessary to study this new form of education, including its characteristics and development.
